Supported Employment Specialist

Sesdac of Vermillion, SD is seeking to hire a full-time Supported Employment Specialist.
The Supported Employment Specialist is responsible for developing and promoting community employment opportunities for people with disabilities including job development, placement plans, maintaining employer contact, and maintaining documentation.
This person will also provide guidance and training for staff members providing job coaching services.
Supported Employment Specialists will start at $17.
50/hr.
We also offer generous benefits including 2 health plan options, dental, 4% 401(k) matching, sick and vacation leave, AFLAC insurance, and a $15,000 life insurance policy.
